Use this form if your event:
- Does not require a suspension of the vessel speed limits (Bylaw clause 3.2)
- Does not require a partial or full lake closure, or
- Does not require a reserved area (Harbour or Coastal)
Please refer to the Bay of Plenty Regional Navigational Safety Bylaw. This form must be completed 14 days before event start date.

Before you start your application, please fill out this Safe Operating Plan (SOP) checklist and attach it as a cover sheet to your completed activity/event SOP. You will be asked to submit this during the application.
