Processing times over summer

If you’re planning to do work over the December and January period and require a Bylaw authority, the festive season and public holiday period will impact our 20-day processing time.

We’re grateful for your patience with this process as our team take a break over the Christmas and New Year holiday period, from Monday 22, December – Monday, 12 January.

Applications received after the 4^th of December will not be processed before Christmas, but we will endeavour to have these applications processed as soon as possible in the new year.
