Direct debit payments over the holiday period
- All direct debit payments scheduled between 20/12/25 – 08/01/26 have already been processed, and no changes can be made. If you need to stop a payment, please contact your bank directly.
- Any new direct debit arrangements set up during the holiday period will be confirmed once we reopen in January.

Rates are payable on Māori freehold land, unless the land comes under one of the exceptions in the rates legislation.
